Who: ages 3 to finishing 5th grade
When: July 6 - 10 from 5:30 - 8:00pm 
Closing Program: July 11 @ 5:30pm  with a Pizza & Pool Party from 6:00 - 8:00pm @ the Clarion Pool
Sunday Presentation:  July 12 @ 10am

VBS - Preschool & Grades 1-5 Crafts

VBS - Preschool Crafts

Easter Eggs (2 per child for 40 kids)
clear plastic spoons (or colored/2 per child)
3 bags of dry rice
*tape - various colors of masking tape or duct tape - we are going for fun colorful tape
egg cartons
foil (2 boxes @ most)
acrylic paint in green, red, & yellow
brushes (not sure what we have left from last year - there were a lot)
paint shirts (old t-shirts or button downs)
*empty tubs from butter, yofurt, whipped cream, oats (individual size or full)
colored streamers (bright fun colors)
any jungle themed decorations for walls (can be returned)
empty 12oz. bottles with lods (one per child)

VBS Crafts
- looking to get 60-100 of each 
- place in donation box labeled Grades 1-5 Crafts
empty tin cans (soup size)
plastic containers w/lids (small margarine or yogurt cups)
paper towel tubes or toilet paper tubes
wooden beads
12 in. wooden dowel rods
metal baby food lids
metal washers
plastic spoons
craft glue or paint

Vacation Bible School - Snack Donation List

We need the following donations for our snack

center for VBS:

We'll be serving around 112 people a night, including

children and adults.

 packages to total 400 paper plates

 packages to total 600 napkins

 packages to total 600 Styrofoam cups

 112 clear plastic cups for a dessert

 112 plastic spoons and knives

 112 flat bottom ice cream cones

  6    boxes vanilla wafers

 10   dozen white cupcakes with yellow icing - needed on

        Wednesday, June 11th.

  6 packages of each of these toppings:

              sunflower seeds

              raisins

              granola

              cheerios

              chocolate chips

6 boxes of graham crackers

6 large jars of marshmallow fluff

3 large containers of chocolate covered malt balls

3 containers green sprinkles for cupcakes

6 doz small chocolate covered donuts

6 doz small powered sugar donuts

2 containers white frosting

Vacation Bible School - July 2013

VBS is fast approaching and we are in need of items for the week. Many of you may not be able to help during the week, but would still like to be a part of this ministry. So we are asking if you could, please consider donating any of the following items. Please have the donated items at the Church no later than July 7^th so we can see what will need to be purchased. Thank you in advance for your help and support.

Craft Supplies Needed

2 boxes of cornstarch (any size)

Magnet strips

Printer paper (1 pack white, one pack multi color)

Key rings (regular or hinged, any color)

Roll of lamination (found by shelf lining paper)

Black or brown sharpies (2)

Brown paper lunch bags

Smooth stones (between the size of a tennis ball to a softball in diameter)

Watercolor sets

Paintbrushes

Paint (acrylic or tempera, basic colors)

old t-shirts (for paint shirts)

WHITE crayons

Foam letter stickers

Colored tissue paper

Clean jars- mason jars, spaghetti sauce jars, etc.

Snack Items Needed

Loaves of bread

Packages of bagels

Jars of jelly

Large boxes of raisins

Bags of mini marshmallows

Bags of pretzel sticks

Large bags of M&Ms

Tubs of whipped cream

Ice cream cones

Yellow cake mixes

Bags of croutons
