Dear Friends,

 

We are just getting into our “Spring Revival Small Groups.” I believe that we have an exciting study. It is “When God’s Spirit Moves” by Jim Cymbala. It is six sessions on the Holy Spirit. I want to encourage you, if you are not participating to get involved in one of the small groups. I believe it will be a great blessing to you and our congregation.

 

We are living in a day when we do not spend enough time talking about and thinking about the Holy Spirit. That is God’s manifestation of Himself here on the earth. God is willing to indwell in believers and that is through the Holy Spirit.

 

The second thing I would like to mention is the “Focus 40” that is happening throughout the Church of God Reformation Movement. If you go to www.chog.org and look up “Focus 40” you will find the following statement:

Transforming Hearts…Transforming Lives 

Here’s how you can be a part of what is happening nationally. Pray and fast during this time specifically for those you know who are lost. Invite those you know that are unchurched to one of our worship services. I know we are crowded, but we can make room for more.

 

I believe it would be wonderful to see souls saved here in the weeks ahead as we get to Easter Sunday Morning. I would also like to see us have 300 in our Easter Sunday Service! Since we put in the chairs, I believe we can get that many in the sanctuary.

 

God is moving His mighty hand among us here and we can be thankful. I believe we are just scratching the surface with what God is equipping us to do and the Holy Spirit is here to direct us on behalf of God the Father.
