Prayer Concerns - April 2014

Most Recent Concerns - 

5/1 -  Pastor will be out of the Office on Friday, May 2nd.   If you need to reach him - call Tammy (814) 221-9870.  (Pastor & Judy will be away at Karla's (their daughter in law) white-coat ceremony)
5/1 - Baby Karson Ochs is in Pittsburg again with a viral infection below the main bronchial tube - please pray for that entire family

4/29 -  Joyce Preston (Jamie Preston's sister) - broke her foot in 2 places & is having surgery in Clarion Hospital today 

4/29 - Andrew Preston - 5 yrs. old has hives from head to toe - he is scheduled for Allergy testing on Tuesday

4/24 - Pat Kelly - going to see a neuro surgeon tomorrow for spine issues

 4/24 - Kessa Edmonds -  still in Children's Hosp. in Pittsburgh, but was doing better today - please continue to pray for her complete healing

4/22 -  Duane Miller - has been in A fib for almost the whole month of April & is not feeling well
4/22 - Kessa Edmonds (Jason & Tiffiny Edmonds little girl) - is in Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh
4/17 - Sharlene Wingard - came through her procedure well & is suppose to get home today from the hospital - continue praying for Sharlene & her recovery
4/17 - Loretta Wedekind - is in the Clarion Hospital/they are running tests
4/15 - Please pray for 2 children from Jefferson County (1 month old & a 1 year old) - both parents are being incarcerated - pray they find a proper placement for these two children
4/15 - Sharlene Wingard - going in for surgery on Wednesday morning to Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh to have her (4th) defibrillator replaced & to insert a new wire - prayers for Denny too
4/14 - Grant Kriebel(Tammy McClaine's Uncle) -  has been in Florida with his wife for the winter & suffered a major heart attack this past Friday - they were starting home for PA -   Grant is a healthy (so we thought) 70 year old - he had his second surgery this morning & will have one more on Wednesday - he will not be allowed to travel for awhile
4/11 -  request from Dale & Lisa Buchwitz -  would like prayer for Dalton.  After 7 months of no parental contact and after a letter has been sent out that the judge has changed Dalton's goal to adoption, mom called CYS to set up a visit with Dalton next Thursday.  She called to talk with him yesterday.  As I know that the goal has already been changed, we know the circumstances,  we know that it would take a lot for the judge to change that goal, it is still a concern for us, as we have to wait 2  more months for the next hearing.  Please pray for Dalton, he will be very confused.  Pray for us as I have to let him go on this visit.  It will not be easy.  
4/11 - Update from Dale & Lisa - when the doctor took a biopsy of  Lisa's dad's cyst and went back for more testing... the cyst was gone.  We are praising the Lord.
Dale's dad continues to do well and they have taken him off of Cumedin.  He is just taking asprin.  We have so much to be thankful for.  4/11 - Jonatha Ochs friend Linda - had a heart attack and is in Allegheny General
4/7  - Jean Johns - fell and is back in the hospital
4/7 - The Live Feed is "FINALLY" working again in the Fellowship Hall for our Worship Services
4/5 - Mary Reed - has had the flu for a week
4/5 - Barb Stewart (friend of Mary Reed) - having surgery on Thursday

4/5 - Vickie Cooper asks prayer for Vanea - Vanea's fever has gone up, she's been sick all week & has not had any energy - Alissa is concerned that she has malaria

 4/5 - Marissa Atherton - finished her finals yesterday & test for dental hygienist - she will get the results in about three weeks & is nervous about it

4/4 - Baby Karson Ochs will be having surgery this morning to repair the hole in her voicebox - this is Janet Norris's greatgranchild
4/1 - Baby Karson Ochs is back in Pittsburgh Hospital - she has lost weight
