More About the Clarion Church of God...

When visiting our church, please fill out a Friendship & Communication card that is located in back of each pew; place it in the offering plate or hand it to an Usher.
Also, for those worshiping with us for the first time... we have a gift for you. Please stop @ the Welcome Center in the Narthex by the Main Entrance to pick it up.

May 2011 - Newletter

Military Mission Update from Tracy Miller:
We have just sent out 3rd package to the troops!  This box went out to Roxanne's nephew.  Thank you to our generous congregation for the donations toward this mission.  I am on the lookout for another person.  Please contact me with any names & addresses of someone in need.  A special thanks to Mary Reed for having her Sunday School class make Easter cards to be sent.

National Day of Prayer Service - Clarion Memorial Park Gazebo - May 5th @ Noon

May 15th after Worship - School Teacher Appreciation Luncheon

Calling all Graduates... if you are graduating & didn't let the church office know, please call ASAP so we can honor you!!

We will soon be offering a "Live Worship Telecast" in the Fellowship Hall in the near future, to help accommodate the seating needs of our growing church!  Praise the Lord!!  Anyone is welcome to check it out & share in this new Worship extension.  With video recording of the service int his way, we will also be able to improve our outreach to shut-ins by giving them our worship on DVD.  We'll keep you posted as to when this "live feed" will begin.

We have recevied a request to have sermon CD's & bulletins sent to Mr. John Runyan (brother of May Runyan).  He lives in Campo California & at one time attended Liberty Street C. of G.   If you remember Mr. Runyan, he would really like a card or note sent to him.  His address is:
John Runyan - 29322 VIne Street - Campo, CA   91906   (email johnrunyan5@aol.com)

Thank You Note:
Dear Church Family,
Thank you so much for your cards, comforting words, & beautiful plant & prayers at the loss of our brothers & sisters.  We miss them very much.  Our loss is Heaven's gain.
We treasure you, our Church family, very much.  It is a joy to worship with you & to share our happiness & our joys together.
Much love & appreciation,
Mike & Ann Bailey
